That’s what Aussie company Oodles.com is banking on when it announced their interested to work with Virgin Galactic to develop a fleet of Lunar Roving Vehicles (LRVs).
Sherlock said plans for an LRV prototype – currently known as a Personal Orbiting Observation Deck & Lunar Exploration Spacecraft – had already been drawn up, with engineers basing the design on the original moon buggies developed for the Apollo space missions.
With all the interest on Space Tourism focused on Vigin Galactics First Commercial Tests, we’ll definitely start to see more Businesses looking towards the stars.
